Had this for about a month, it stopped working. Also, prior to it giving up the ghost, the plug in the back started shorting out. For me, this was a waste of money - wish I had kept the reciept.
Chargers work great. Cooling Fan is a little noisy. but well worth extending the life of your Wii.

I'm guessing this unit doesn't have this feature and that's how the batteries died. I haven't used the console for a month now and wanted to power the console up and play a game. I've owned this unit for a few months now and I play with my wii console on and off. The design itself is annoying as well, since there is a constant noisy fan running while this unit is plugged in. To my disappointment the rechargeable batteries will no longer keep a charge of longer than a few minutes.I don't know whether I was supposed to always remove them from the charging station after the led's indicated that a full charge was complete, but most re-charging stations these days have a built in off-switch so as not to over-charge the batteries. the only way to turn off the fan is to unplug the unit.I would not recommend this product and i'm searching for a better replacement.
The straps get in the way of recharging the handsets. The other one has never recharged or worked right. Only one of my handsets will recharge. This was not worth the money.
