1 of these filters came with my tank setup, and I knew that wasn't going to be enough, so I bought 2 more packages.The reason I give them a 4 not a 5 is that they have (useless). No where in the directions did it say or show to do this. little tabs on one side and it took me a few minutes of trying to jam a wet filter into the little slot to figure out that the tabs have to be folded up for the filter to fit. So, the filters are great, the directions are not.
I ordered these filters for my fish tank. The quality is good and they keep my tank clean. They were shipped quickly.
I went to Petsmart in person and they didn't have these filters that I need. that's over a month. I called customer service for Petsmart and the only thing they told me was they would cancel the order and I could go get them from the store. So I ordered these. I ordered this item on 9/26/06 because I was gone over a weekend and somehow my roomates managed to gunk up my tank royally. I would not recommend ordering from Petsmart unless you don't need what you're ordering for a couple of months. I ended up not getting them until the middle of November. Basic they did absolutly nothing.
